LikedI love the Hotel, the garden is amazing. The lady at the reception was nice and helpful.

DislikedI have been there different times and everything goes a bit down from super to good. The furniture in the room, the room service, the breakfast, the coffee terrace, I will always come back but it was not the amazing hotel anymore this time.

LikedBeautiful room with balcony overlooking acres of meticulously kept garden oasis shared with Winter Palace, capable and responsive lobby attendants, expansive and delicious breakfast buffet with attentive waiters and a crêpe and omelette chef, sparkling pool, wonderful linens, daily glass bottles of water in room.

LikedWe were amazed by the huge and well-kept park and enjoyed our breakfast on the outside terrace every morning. The huge pool (there are actually two of them) was great for relaxing after sight-seeing. The location is perfect for walking to Luxor Temple or different supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. We used the front and the back entry. The stuff is very friendly and supportive. There were only minor things that could be improved (fries at the beach bar, old armatures / bath) - but looking at the overall picture these do not diminish the positive impression we have of the hotel. Would we come back? Definitely.

LikedVery nice hotel and i happen to get an end room. Excellent room and all of the amenities. No issues with A/C, plumbing, safe, etc. The most awesome thing was the exterior landscaping, beautiful and immaculate.

DislikedToo bad its located a little back from the main road.
